Hi, I’m Samuel - a therapist at your service
I am a 35-year-old certified psychological coach (Hedcoach®), currently completing my studies in solution-based brief therapy with HedCo Oy. To advance my training, I am looking for practice clients to help me sharpen my skills as a therapist. I currently offer sessions at discounted rates!
What happens in therapy?
Therapy is an excellent space to talk about what’s on your mind and receive external support in processing internal matters.
Solution-based brief therapy is designed for individuals dealing with mild to moderate mental difficulties that affect daily life and who want to take steps toward resolving them.
Whether it’s about:
- Life’s uncertainties
- Anxiety, depression, or fears
- A sense of meaninglessness
- Loneliness
- Lack of direction in life
…or any other concern weighing on you, I’d be glad to explore possibilities together to improve or resolve your situation.
Confidentiality is strictly maintained in our discussions.
The number of sessions varies from a single session to up to 20 weekly sessions, depending on your needs. Sessions are conveniently held via video call. Each session lasts 45 minutes, with 90-minute sessions also available.
What does therapy cost?
With the spring deal, you get your first session for free. Plus, if you refer friends to therapy, you’ll receive an extra free session for each friend who books an appointment! Your referred friend will also get a free therapy session.
